Student Dining Appeals

Students should complete this form to appeal any dining fee.

  • Dining appeals for any fee, charge, or refund will be prorated based on weeks in the semester.
  • Include all required supporting documentation and justification for fastest consideration.
  • A written decision will be sent to your University of Memphis email address.
  • Note: This process usually takes a minimum of 3-4 weeks for processing due to the research conducted on each request submitted.

  • The following deadlines will apply:
    • Fall semester appeals - November 1
    • Spring semester appeals - March 1
    Appeal requests must be received by the filing deadline date. Exceptions to the deadline will not be granted.

The deadline to appeal Spring 2021 dining fees has passed. The dining appeal system will reopen for Fall 2021 soon.
