Welcome to Tiger Spotlight! In support of our continuous efforts to embrace a culture of recognition awareness, this online certificate program will afford all fellow Tigers the opportunity to "spot" outstanding service throughout the University. Some of the features and benefits include:

Eligibility and Award
All faculty and staff are eligible to be recognized as part of Tiger Spotlight. Each recipient will appear as part of the scrolling recipient feature on the website and receive a printable certificate. Emails will also be sent as part of the notification process directing recipients to the newest spotlight received.
Restrictions
There are no restrictions on the number of spotlights an employee can earn.
Administration
The Department of Human Resources is responsible for the administration of this program. We will maintain a database of all recipients and reserve the right to edit or delete any nomination that does not reflect the spirit of recognition in a positive light.
