Profile

Anna Langston joined the Health Sciences department in the fall of 2018. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Mississippi State University and a M.S. in Health & Sports Sciences, Health Promotion, from the University of Memphis. Prior to teaching full-time, she worked for a national health promotion company managing a corporate fitness center for an international medical device company. Her professional experience also includes adult education, wellness education, personal training, and health promotion program planning and implementation. She is a certified health education specialist (CHES) and a certified personal trainer (NCSF-CPT). Ms. Langston is delighted to educate the next generation of health sciences students at the University of Memphis.
