2016 - Advising of continuing students in MSN Nursing Informatics, Nursing Education, and Nursing Administration options.  Counseled students as needed regarding academic status, progression, probation, etc. Available to students to discuss future education and career planning.
 
2015 - Switched role from Associate Dean for Graduate Programs to Director of MSN and RODP programs. Advise students interested in MSN program. Continued ongoing advisement of continuing Nursing Informatics, Nursing Education, and Nursing Administration students. 
 
2014 - Advise prospective and new MSN students.  Also academically advised Nursing Education, Nursing Informatics and Nursing Administration students
 
 2013 - Continue to advise all Nursing Informatics students.  Also advising other graduate nursing students as needed.  Available for meeting and speaking to prospective graduate nursing students.
 
 2012 - Responsible for MSN advising. Advised MSN students in the Nursing Informatics and Nursing Administration concentration.  Also available for advising regarding admissions to graduate nursing options.
 
 Fall 2011 - 24 MSN students assigned for advising.  As Associate Dean would advise students who were unable to meet with their faculty advisor.  Advised an additional 40 plus students.  In addition, met with prospective students for the program.  
 
Spring 2011 - 4 senior nursing students - worked with these students weekly (or every other week) in preparation for NCLEX examination. 
 
Fall 2010 - Spring 2011 - 20 undergraduate nursing students assigned for advising.  
 
Spring 2009 - Mentoring for Nurs3117 for Shirleatha Lee.  First time teaching the course.  Co-teaching.
