Description: The University of Memphis is currently soliciting proposals to provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial cleaning services for select buildings at both our Main Campus and at the Lambuth Campus. The selected supplier(s) will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe environment in accordance with industry standards and the facility’s operational needs. Services will include routine daily cleaning, periodic deep cleaning and specialty services as outlined in this RFP.
