Profile

   Dr. Roach directs the online Master's Program in Environmental Nutrition. As a registered dietitian with interests in food security, sustainability, and humanitarian nutrition she leads graduate seminars, internships, and projects. Mentoring students and facilitating applied, relevant course experiences are Dr. Roach's goals as a faculty member. Dr. Roach also serves in several roles with the ACEND -accredited dietetics programs.
