About the Expert:
Dr. Thomas Cox has an interdisciplinary/liberal studies philosophy of education. This is evidenced by his interests and teaching in the areas of Education, Sociology, Leadership, Research Methods, Globalization in the Professions, and Adult Development.
Drawing from his many years of experience in corporate development and training, Dr. Cox is developing a graduate course entitled "Diversity in the Workplace" which will be offered in the Master of Professional Studies program.
